It's about time Keinan Davis and RHM stepped up to the plate, and I'm still hoping Andre Green can really find some good consistency - the lad has a lot of talent. Still not totally convinced by any of our keepers yet though. Perhaps they have all been a bit exposed by our deficiencies in the centre of defence.

This is Lampard's first season in full-time management don't forget, he's never been a coach before so even if they fail to make the play-offs, he deserves to be given a chance as he's had a good season with Derby on the whole, he'll become a great manager one day and will go onto manage one of the top teams in Europe in the future, no doubt about it! He's still learning the art of management and he has what it takes to be a winner, just like how he was both an effective and brilliant leader of men on the pitch, he will be the same off it too!

He will be the next agbonglahor and stay all career I hope :)
